According to recent researches, the average monthly income of a coworking space is around $30.000 in the world. Globally, an average revenue is calculated as $400 per member, $590 per desk, and $4.30 per square meter; the average number of members is 82, desks is 70 and the working area is 800m2.
Within the scope of these figures, the cost of coworking spaces, which are increasing in number every day in the world, is $450,000 in 2018, while the average cost in 2017 was $240,000.
