The volume of Coworking is increasing day by day. Coworking, which has become a part of the real estate, has also led to a major change in office rental. Today, coworking is growing annually at the rate of %20 in global cities such as New York and Chicago and has a leading role in the market in Asia Pacific countries. In India, one of the leading countries in the industry, the potential market size of the coworking segment is between $12–16M ; in 2018, it is estimated that there will be $400M coworking investments in India.
According to recent researches, the average monthly income of a coworking space is around $30.000 in the world. Globally, an average revenue is calculated as $400 per member, $590 per desk, and $4.30 per square meter; the average number of members is 82, desks is 70 and the working area is 800m2.
Within the scope of these figures, the cost of coworking spaces, which are increasing in number every day in the world, is $450,000 in 2018, while the average cost in 2017 was $240,000. The reasons for this augmentation are the increase in expectations, the size of the space and the number of members.
